My name is Rachel Tait Walsh and I am a fully qualified Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher.
I became interested in Yoga after taking a gap year in 2003, where I did my first yoga class in India.
I am passionate about Yoga and all the benefits it can bring into your life.
I am qualified with Yoga Alliance UK in Vinyasa Flow Yoga 500 hour advanced teacher (A 500-hour training goes more in-depth into the study of yoga, anatomy, dealing with injuries and other specialized modules).
I have been blessed by being taught by some of the best UK & International teachers in Yoga and anatomy who have shown me that Yoga doesn’t have to follow the stereotypical traits.
My aim through Yoga is to create a healthy, strong body as well as a balanced state of mind, well being and a deep feeling of relaxation.
