A chilled relaxing class (with the principles of Vinyasa Flow) but a lot slower.
Ideal for first timers or experienced alike. If you need to de-stress this is the class for you.
The class focuses more on different breathing techniques, bandhas & chakras. The “slow flow” part of the class is themed every week to either relate to a specific part of the body or chakra or breaking down a sequence so that you can practice it at home. The length of the Savasana (relaxation) at the end of the class is longer allowing your body to completely relax and your mind to release into a place of meditation.
