We all know that in January the temptation is to go full pelt back into fitness…this can be a big mistake!
I would recommend (especially if this is your first introduction into yoga) to ease in gently with a shorter class, the last thing you want is to ache from head to toe by doing too much too soon and then it puts you off continuing or possibly pick up an injury which then stops you doing anything at all.
As the country is back into lockdown again finding an online group or a Zoom class is the only current option.
